If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lanecult.com and include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Your correct shipping address
If your request is received promptly and your order has not yet been shipped, we will update the shipping address immediately to help prevent any delivery issues.
Please note that once an order has shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes to the address.
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email sent to the email address used at checkout.
This email will include your tracking number and tracking link, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder just in case.
If you didn’t receive an order confirmation email, please first check your spam, junk, or promotions folder, as emails can sometimes be filtered there.

Our support team will locate your order and assist you as quickly as possible.

Once the package is received back at our facility, we will purchase a new shipping label and resend your order to the updated address.
Please note that reshipping can only be completed after the package has been successfully returned to our facility.
Absolutely! Merchandise delivery and sweepstakes entries are two completely separate processes.
Immediately after your order is successfully completed on our website:
- Your sweepstakes entries are automatically submitted and recorded with our Sweepstakes Administrator in accordance with our Official Rules.
- Your merchandise order is then sent to our fulfillment team, where your items are prepared and shipped to you.
Even if a package is returned to sender due to a shipping issue, your entries remain valid because they were already processed at the time your order was completed.
We strive for accuracy with every order, but mistakes can occasionally happen.
