Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
Each product is made specifically for you based on your order, and we do not maintain pre-stocked inventory. Once an order is successfully placed, your sweepstakes entries are automatically submitted in accordance with our Official Rules.
Because entries are processed immediately upon order completion, refunds or cancellations cannot be issued after an order has been placed.
Additionally, no refunds will be issued following the completion of an active giveaway campaign.
Errors or Issues With Your Order
We take pride in delivering quality products, however if your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, we will make it right.
Items that arrive defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly shipped by us may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Important Information
Unless an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly fulfilled by our team, purchases made during an active giveaway promotion are non-refundable once the giveaway period has ended.
Because purchases award entries into our sweepstakes promotions, orders cannot be reversed after a giveaway has concluded.
If a return request is submitted after the promotional period and is determined to be eligible, customers may be offered either:

A comparable replacement item of equal value, or

Store credit for use on a future purchase.
These policies allow us to maintain fairness and integrity across all giveaway participants.
